Completion of the most recent industrial building in Gavà

Prefabricats Pujol has finished the construction of a leasing industrial building in Gava’s industrial zone, owned by an important local property developer.

The 4,000m² infrastructure is ready to take in any kind of business or commercial activity. The structure provided is made of types L and T Thalassa beams and Itaca, Orion and Piera beams. We also provided the framework and enclosures with traditional plain grey panels. The construction also includes a special beam, of more than 20 meters long, to facilitate the mobility of all vehicles and pedestrians in the loading zones.

The building has a painted finish and uses the simulated structural joints to give a special aesthetic for this type of building.
