New headquarters for UFP at Pinto, products coming from our factory in Maqueda

Our latest project at Pinto’s industrial zone (Madrid) has been for the French property UFP. This work has been executed along with the construction company NAPISA, who has sold the turnkey project to UFP.

UFP is a company dedicated to the distribution of basic stationery items such as consumables, printers and computer accessories. The company was founded in 1981 and today has become one of the largest distributers in Europe, with a turnover of 800 million euros per year and with more than 20.000 customers at its service. UFP is present in France, Germany, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg. It trades with brands like HP, Brother, Canin, Epson, Samsung, Kyocera or Konica Minolta.

The industrial building is 69×112 meters (almost 7.700 squared meters). The cover parts we have supplied are 35 meter long double T beams. We have also supplied enclosures, structure and hollowcore.

All products supplied have been manufactured in our Pujol Industrial facility, in Maqueda (Toledo), thus they are proximity products serving projects throughout the centre of Spain.
